MedGU 2026 Call for Papers: Submission Deadline Extended

The MedGU 2026 Call for Papers submission deadline has been extended by one month, providing researchers and members of the international geoscience community with additional time to submit their abstracts.

The Mediterranean Geosciences Union Annual Meeting 2026, known as MedGU 2026, will be held in a hybrid format from 8 to 11 November 2026 in Cairo, Egypt. Participants will be able to attend and present their research either in person or online.

MedGU 2026 Submission Deadline Extended

The conference organizers announced the extension following numerous requests from researchers and members of the scientific community worldwide. The additional submission period is intended to provide prospective participants with more time to prepare and complete their abstracts.

Researchers working across Earth sciences, environmental sciences, geosciences, natural hazards, climate studies, planetary sciences, and related interdisciplinary fields are encouraged to review the official Call for Papers and submit their work.

Abstracts should not exceed 350 words and must present either original research or a concise review of previously published research.

Applicants are advised to consult the official MedGU 2026 website before submission to confirm the updated deadline and review the author guidelines.
