his PhD at Université Montpellier II,
France in 2006, and got the HDR (Habilitation a diriger de Recherche) position
there. He is currently leading the United Nations Educational, Scientific and
Cultural Organization (UNESCO) on Coastal Geo‐Hazard Analysis as chairholder.
